We sent it back to A1 to have them redo it and they did an even worse job. Me and my family could have been seriously injured because of their incompetence and are now paying a shit ton of money to fix their mistakes. I would NEVER go here again even if someone paid me.

I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes ... read more I have used Paul's auto for years on all my vehicles from oil changes to overhauls all types of work. I've brought them Ford's to VW's to Acura's etc they are very knowledgeable and make you understand what work is being performed and why. If issues pop up they let you know what they've found and what will be needed to resolve them. They instill confidence at every turn and even though servicing vehicles is an annoying necessary evil they make you feel that the job was done right by local professionals. I've referred many people to work with them even my own grandmother because I know that they will take care of her and not advantage of her because she isn't mechanically inclined. Supporting local family owned businesses is important to me and the CT economy. It should be to you as well. Paul's Auto is one of the good ones so please help make them even more successful than they already are!
