Apparently there was a mistake on their ad and the vehicle was marked as being a thousand dollars less than what it was supposed to be. Now most of the places that I have been to would normally apologize and try to sell me something older for cheaper but mike the owner just knocked the price down to match the ad. Everyone was really friendly and professional and I haven't had any problems with the truck.

They took there time trying to find me the right vehicle because I am having twins and need space, but wasn't looking for anything gigantic. The Suburu outback is very spacious and is perfect for me and the twins. The dealership overall has a huge selection of vehicles to chose from. The facility is very clean and everyone is so helpful. I went to get a oil change and they were on time for my appointment which made it quick with the twins! I would highly recommend buying a car and service work from Highline Car Connection, you won't be disappointed.

Well guess what, they lied and told me they will no longer honor free oil changes. Better yet, Mike, the service manager was unprofessional. He offered no apologies or anything to make good on their false promise. Instead he threatened the police on me and eventually hung up!! I wouldn't recommend anyone do business with this company!! They actually sent the police to my house just for calling and complaining! This business offered me the worst customer service I have ever endured! Once you buy your vehicle from them they don't know you anymore! I have many friends that bought here and not one is satisfied!! Please be warned that you will be lied to and they will make promises they won't deliver on! All my friends and family will no longer give this place business and neither would I......never!!
