Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate staff/ownership. Owner was caught trying to install used parts that he charged cash upfront for new OEM parts. Then he and his staff could not even finish the job since they did not have the knowledge to do in the first place. Owner is unaccountable for his own mistakes then blames others for his damages. Listen to me. Take your car to a professional, not Top Notch!!! Top Notch Auto is more like Top Botched Notto !!!!!

I have been to Complete Auto before for my own car's transmission so when my father's car acted up I sent him to see Ron as well. My Dad has a tendency to ignore problem signs with his car and sometimes it costs him. He drove his car until it just stopped and had to be towed. Ron had his towing service pick up the car and bring it to his shop for inspection and confirmed what I already had guessed. My Dad had melted the inside of his transmission! I would love to say that is was cheap to fix but it wasn't! Due to my Dad's lack of maintenance, it cost him well over $3000 to fix his car. Ron even suggested that the car may not be worth the costly repair but my Dad loves his car and we decided to fix it. Ron's shop did a great job and his car is working great! They showed up ultra-fast and had us ready to enjoy our vacation quickly. It takes a skilled technician to fix a vehicle on the side of the road. The tech also cleared some ABS / Engine codes that a previous mechanic said were expensive to repair. No issues and very happy with the results. The price and convenience were hands down the best!
