The staff treated me right by handling my repair quickly soon after I arrived. Now the car's transmission shifts smoother like it should thanks to AAction Transmissions. I highly recommend this shop for quick repairs, honest service and fair prices. I would not go anywhere else for transmission repairs.
As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professiona... read more As an owner of an S60-R Volvo, I like and need a certified professional to service my auto. After my discontent with the non-excellent customer service experience from my nearby Volvo dealer, I decided to try Davie Motors, and so glad that I did. Jeff who works the front desk scheduled my appointments at my convenience, advised me on the status of my auto & the cost of my repairs in a timely manner and with courtesy. Jeff was also attentive as I waited for my repairs to be completed. I was pleased that Doron, the DM owner, he had "hands on" with my auto and listened to my concerns with an unhurried patience and also attentive. And most important to me, they treated me with respect and equality by using all the mechanical words to describe the issues and explaining them too when requested. And considering that I am a woman, that is what I call great customer service. The cost of repairs is reasonable too for being a performance auto. My auto is running as expected, thanks to the auto care from Davie Motors! Thanks to Kip, Jeff & Doron! Having a 91 Jag XJS convertible requires the skill and diagnostic abil... read more Having a 91 Jag XJS convertible requires the skill and diagnostic ability of your mechanic. Doron, not only has these traits, but is also the most fair and honest mechanic I've dealt with in the last 40years. When was the last time your mechanic told you the work wasn't necessary, or the price for repairs was equal to, or less than quoted??? No big surprises here at this shop! Jaguars are difficult to maintain. The only way I could do better rebuilding this 91' XJS is if I were a master mechanic. Next to that...give Davie Motors a try and be prepared for service from a company that knows what that really means.
