Even Ford was baffled. I finally called these guys who came to my house, correctly diagnosed the problem, ordered the part needed and came back to install it. Problem solved and at a reasonable amount right in my driveway. I am in my 70's and this is the best auto repair I have ever experienced. I was in a frantic and the front staff calmed me down and reassure me everything would be fine. they gave me a ride to my house. later on that day I got a call from mike and he explained to me what was going on with my vehicle. naturally I thought im a woman the bill going to be outrages but I was wrong it was really affordable and my car was running perfectly after the repair. I picked the car up they detailed it and I told mike I didn't ask for a detail he was like don't worry about it its on the house I am beyond satisfied with this REPAIR facility. they are professional and they really care about their customers, I will be back and highly recommend.
