They did not align it even though I had already paid for the service. I had to come back one week later to get it aligned. Then the day after I noticed 2 screws missing on the rear tire. When I called the guy on the phone he laughed at me and said they did not unmount the tires to align them. Overall, horrible experience and lack of professionalism.

They will keep your car their for MONTHS! After having my car at their shop for a few months, my car does not have a complete coat of finished paint. You will never have a response from them, any status or update in regards to your car, you will have to appear personally at the shop. SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO TO ANOTHER PLACE!! THIS PLACE WILL GIVE YOU A HEADACHE!

It took them 2 months for fix my car and when i got it back they thought that if they fixed the bumper, not all of it had to be fix. on the driver said by the wheel they intentionally didnt that new piece there. now i cant drive to the corner without my tire reeking up a storm. when i went back there to claim what i thought was a mistake they made, the man that gave me the estimate says that wasnt part of the accident(lies, if you had to fix the whole bumper, everything that goes with it should be fixed) while on the other hand the lady owner lies to my face and tells me they tried to include it to the estimate but the insurance didnt allow it.
