Good Morning All at Traffic Wash, My first time having my car washed by your company was such a wonderful experience! Your staff at the location Palm Air Mobil at 1481 W 26th Ave. Pompano Beach, Fl. 33069 were very kind and detailed in the cleaning of my very, I mean very dirty car.... :O) The pricing was just what I needed as I'm on a very limited budget as we all are lately. This place is a scam, stay away. They are unprofessional and unreliable. I would bet money they are unlicensed. They will take your money and not preform the service!

Consumer beware! I took my vehicle in for a car wash on 10/14. They didn't retract the mirrors and my driver side mirror was cracked. I brought it to the attention of the Carwash manager (Mr. Cruz) who claimed no responsibility. He said that I was responsible for retracting the mirrors because customers had complained about manually retracting them. He pointed to a disclaimer that is posted "after" you drop off the car and if you aren't using the side door you would never see it. I'll be advising the Better Business Bureau of this facility
