Extremely good service! I have car from up north that is pretty rusted underneath. I brought my car to a shop in Deltona and they wanted to charge me over a grand to fix and basically told me my car wasn't worth it. I called semi auto and he came to me and quoted me three hrs to fix some of my brake lines and worked well over that and stuck with his quote. Evin's a really hard worker and well-informed. Would highly recommended. It's a few months after he worked on my car and its still running great.

They might provide a great product with great service, but I never got that far due to poor phone etiquette. I spoke with Darryl about replacing a top and being my first convertible had a lot of questions. First few minutes were fine, but he was very distracted dealing with other things while on the phone with me where I asked him if we should talk later. He said no. I asked him a few more questions about his business and he got offended as if I was questioning his ability (which I was not)... then I asked him if he could just answer my questions as I wanted to be comfortable with his shop. I thought businesses were supposed to earn business and customer trust by answering questions...does he think I was going to just show up and give him the keys without asking questions? What happened to the "customer" always being right? Or what happened to just being courteous on the phone? Maybe Darryl's business is doing so good (hope he is in this economy) that he can afford to lose one customer and people I WOULD HAVE recommended to him because he was too arrogant when I clearly don't know anything about convertibles and just wanted information about the product and his company. Maybe Darryl was just having a bad day and took it out on me... just cost you $1500 Darryl. Have a nice Thanksgiving!

Stay away! I bought a truck and the heater core was looped(disconnected) so i asked them to repair it and at first they said i would have to pay. Well for a $5700 truck it should have heat and AC so after alot of back and forth they agreed since new heater core is only $50. Then i go to pick up my truck after waiting 3days for a 6hr job and the AC Compressor they had unplugged i asked why the mechanic said he was testing it so i said plug in the compressor (electrical plug in at comp clutch) as soon as i out the AC on the compressor locked up and smoked badly. So im in a rental car for over a week now and i get the truck after they say they replaced the compressor which they didnt and this DELPHI ht6 compressor is known for leaking in the middle (belly leaker) when not assembled and installed with care. So now im on my way there to see if they will honor yet again repairing their repair! Ive been in rental car to the tume of $350!!

Trusted Nichols with my 38" RV for some suspension work. The week after I pick up my RV I left on a 7 hour family vacation New Year’s road trip. RV freshly out of the shop – so I felt confident in the RV mechanically. I was wrong… Shortly after leaving for my trip the entire wheel/rim broke off the lugs causing undercarriage damage, frame damage, and underskirt damage. Not to mention the rim was damage beyond repair. I have never seen anything like it. The roadside mechanic that was gracious enough to help me on his day off, the day after Christmas, was baffled. In his 26 years as a master mechanic he had never seen anything like it. After some investigation we figured out Nichols RV left lug nuts loose causing the lugs to snap completely off. The mechanic found more loose lug nuts on the other side. I can’t imagine if this would have happened on both sides at highway speeds. The negligence of this shop could have ended deadly for my family. Thank goodness no one was hurt. I personally would not trust Nichols RV again. Management was not willing to do anything for me other than apologize. I cannot in good faith recommend this shop to anyone. Working with any mechanic where I personally feel obligated to double check their work is not one I will trust with the life of my family.

For the last three days I've been asking about my company truck if they looked at it yet. And all I get is oh it's scheduled to go in today. That's been for the last three days and it's been there since Monday June 15. I would like to know why it's takes so long when I'm an over the road trucker and I need to get back out to make money.
