I kept calling, and his wife Amanda was the only one I ever talked with. Never ever was able to speak to Ray. This is the worst service I have ever gotten with any business. I finally took the boat to another boat service center. They jumped on it right away and called me often to let me know the progress. I would five it zero stars if I could have, but one star is the lowest. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT TO RAYS.

John Deere did not have the part in stock. But,----I had the good fortune to call Noah's Ark and talk to Michelle. This was my third call seeking the part. Noah's Ark did not have the part in stock. But,----Michelle searched and called back that she had found it. It arrived the next morning and we were on our way. Bless you Michelle. You are what makes the US great.
