They are honest, reliable, and the only people I feel comfortable trusting my car with. They explain everything very clearly, have great customer service, and are incredibly knowledgable about Volkswagens. I'm writing this after a major engine repair and I'm still thrilled about them. He employees great mechanics that have all worked on my car and do outstanding work. The customer service area is neat and clean. Rick behind the counter is always courteous and polite and will get you in as soon as he can. This automotive repair shop is one of the best I have ever been to out of all the country. If you want the job done right and fixed for a great price bring your car in for its next repair.
