Their diagnosis was wrong. Now they say they did not give me a diagnosis. I wouldn't complain if that were true. I paid GMC $166 for labor and I paid $225 for the control module. Now I have to also pay GMC $166 for a diagnostic test because All Pro gave me the wrong diagnosis. I told GMC not to do the diagnostic test because it was done by All Pro. Now I know better. Never trust All Pro Automotive! Not only did they diagnose it wrong and point out the part that needs replacing when I asked what it was, now they deny ever diagnosing it and say it was beyond their ability to properly diagnose. So I just paid over $550 for nothing. Don't trust their word. They are liars.

Dave has worked on my family's cars for years and we were so upset to move out of state because we worried we would never find a mechanic like him again. Although I am no longer a customer, I recently called Japanese Auto Specialists with a question about a repair they did two years ago. Dave went above and beyond to help, even speaking to my local mechanic to work things out. This place is a hidden gem. They find fixes to seemingly unfixable issues. Trouble shooting seems to be their trademark. I took my dodge to them after taking it to other shops and spending lots of money with the problem still persisting. They had me running that day - problem solved!! Will definitely use them again!!
