We picked up a nail on our way home to Orlando from Georgia and stopped here to have it fixed. The people could have not been more friendly and we were back in our way in about half an hour. Wish we had a place staffed such as this in our area as I would be a regular customers for my car needs. Highly recommend you try them.

Their diagnosis was wrong. Now they say they did not give me a diagnosis. I wouldn't complain if that were true. I paid GMC $166 for labor and I paid $225 for the control module. Now I have to also pay GMC $166 for a diagnostic test because All Pro gave me the wrong diagnosis. I told GMC not to do the diagnostic test because it was done by All Pro. Now I know better. Never trust All Pro Automotive! Not only did they diagnose it wrong and point out the part that needs replacing when I asked what it was, now they deny ever diagnosing it and say it was beyond their ability to properly diagnose. So I just paid over $550 for nothing. Don't trust their word. They are liars.

Dave has worked on my family's cars for years and we were so upset to move out of state because we worried we would never find a mechanic like him again. Although I am no longer a customer, I recently called Japanese Auto Specialists with a question about a repair they did two years ago. Dave went above and beyond to help, even speaking to my local mechanic to work things out. Dave is so knowledgeable, honest and generous ; and I appreciate the time he has taken to give advice, explain my options and then do good work. Beyond slow... Was told the previous day "be here at 7:45 and you'll be the first in" since I've been here at 7:45 now 9:25 there has been 2 people in and out before me... Sitting here for nearly a hours now and have yet to look at my truck.. Last time I was here I sat for an hour and then he said they won't be able to get to it... I do not recommend this place unless you have all day to wait.
