I was broke down on the interstate with a dead alternator/battery and Wes personally picked me up and towed me back home within the hour! He replaced my alternator within 2-3 hours and charged me way less for the tow and the part/labor than any dealer in town would have. Several weeks after this I hit a pole and tore off my front bumper, I brought it back to Wes and his staff, and again, within the hour it was fixed like new for practically nothing! I will continue to use their services from now on and am recommending to a family member in need of service. I often am terrified anytime I need to have my vehicle serviced because I am a woman who knows very little about auto mechanics and can get robbed very easily, so this is a big deal to me!!
