This company is the poorest company when it comes to customer service.  I called my insurance company (USAA) to have them dispatch a provider out to tow my broken down vehicle to Brandon VW.  The initial estimated time was 9:15 for pickup and that got pushed back to 10:00 a.m due to the driver not able to manage time. At that point I called the compnay and got nothing but excuses from the front desk.  Can't remember the females name but she has no clue how to manage calls.  It is now 12:40 with no result on picking up my vehicle...I had to call and cancel this company due to unprofessionalism and everything else. She literally hung up on me because she couldn't answer the hard questions.  If your insurance dispatches out this company refuse it immediately.  I am in the United States Air Force and can tell you that this company is not worth your time.
