Do not come here this company will extort you for money and change the agreed price because you refuse to allow them to work on the car after the diagnostic testing

Went here to get a rocker molding replaced and when i first took it home it rattled when you got over 55. Took it back to replace a prong that fell out thinking that was the problem and was told i ran something over to cause it when i had not at all. The rattle still was not gone after the prong was replaced then took it back once more and was told i ran something over again when i had not and to talk to my insurance again. Poor quality work from a place i was referred to, needless to say i wont EVER be coming back here again when i get treated like i did something wrong and it was just poor work on their part.

They were amazing. They kept me informed at all steps and were right on the quote.The work was gorgeous. The car was ready as promised. Well worth the drive from Mandarin.

Chris came to my rescue today. I just had my oil changed at the oil change place down the street and the next time I started my car there were multiple warning lights on. He hooked it up to monitor, opened the hood and said "here's your problem" as he reconnected a hose. I was on my way in 5 minutes and he didn't charge me. We have used Westside Automotive for many years for our vehicle repairs and always been satisfied. I guess I should have used them for the oil change too so it would have been done right. I took my car to this shop on July 16, 2013. It is still not done. I have got the run around from the owner over and over and that is when he answers the phone most of the time there is no answer and no call back when you leave messages. I drove my car there and I had to go pick it up today with a tow truck because not it's not drivable. Did I mention it's still not done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.
