They listened re: concerns & issues, then fixed each 1 in a timely manner, & took the time to give me great short to long term maintenance tips. I had trouble with my A/C and the dealer said I had a leak and it would cost over $2,000 to fix it. I was referred to Richie and he found it was just the motor and fixed it for half the price and it has not had a problem since. I now only go to Richie as he is fair, honest, and works quickly. Avoid this place like the plague. I took my car after asking for an appointment to replace a specific Air Conditioner part and agreeing on a price. 3 hours later I get a phone call telling me that the repair can't be done for the price THEY HAD QUOTED ME, that it was going to take at least 8 hours. I tell them to put the car back together and that I want my car back. After I got it back, the A/C diverter for the feet on the passenger side was under the passenger seat and the screws were missing, also missing were the screws for the glove compartment. I ask to speak to the service director (Jerry Martinelli) who basically told me that he wasn't interested in my side of the story and that he wasn't going to listen to me. I own 3 toyotas and a lexus and live within 5 miles of that dealership. I will never again set foot on your place nor will I buy another toyota from you. Multiple calls to Dom or Denise have not been answered
