This by far has been the most amazing experience I have ever had at a body shop. As a woman going to that type of environment is never a comfortable experience they always seem to think they have the upper hand on you and treat you as such. How refreshing to be treated with such professionalism and courtesy. Definitely top of the line service I would recommend them to my friends and family! Being new to the South Florida area I wasn’t sure where I should take my Audi to have it worked on. I came across Foreign Affairs when I was searching online and it looked like a promising shop. I wasn’t mistaken, as soon as I waked in the door I was amazed by the professional set up of the shop and the professionalism of its staff. They were more then happy to talk me through everything and even gave me a tour of the shop! By far the cleanest and most organized shop I have been too. They are a very involved company with many years of experience. My car came back to me looking and running like new. He came out and fixed my car right away so I wasn't late for work. My alternator blew out and Brian saved me money by coming to my house and I did not have to get my car towed. Plus I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to the dealership. The dealership was trying to charge me more than double of the price that I paid Brian for the same alternator. Will definitely use again and recommend.

I have been the this shop several times and am always very pleased with the service. The shop is the cleanest I have ever seen. The manager and owner are so friendly. They aren't trying to trying to rip off their customers like some shops try to do. Bottom line: I would recommend this shop to anyone!
