Dropped my wife’s car off with Ian to have some simple repairs done. He got the car back quick and done right. He was even able to point out some common failure points on the R56’s so that I can keep an eye out and have them repaired before major damage will occur. Will definitely bring the car back here for service. Friendly knowledgeable and fair price.

If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. Great People with a great staff the owner is fair with her prices and they do great work, I would not trust anyone else with my Mercedes or any of my other cars to do any mechanic work or alignments, Ive recomemded all my family and friends and co-workers here and they have always treated them well. Ive been a loyal customer for over four years now and will be as long as they are in town!!!

This is a family business that is governed by a very dedicated, knowledgeable, professional and honest man. I have never been disappointed with his work. He can repair at his shop or on the road. I would recommend him to any RV owner.

He did the oil change in Dec. 2019, overpriced at $220. Then the pandemic started, and the car was in the garage since then. About a week ago, I turned on the car lights are back on the dashboard for maintenance lights and tire sensor. I took it back to him and paid another $220 for the tire sensor and maintenance lights. Seems like $220 is the price they charge for anything small, lol. The car went back into my garage. I turned on the car for the first time yesterday, and the lights are back on. I called and talked to Robi, he said to bring it in the morning it takes 5 minutes. I brought the car in the morning before work, and they wanted to charge me and told me I have to leave the car. I left immediately. Then Robi followed me for a few miles in his Silverado. He threatened me and belittled me, asking if I needed money for the repair. Robi Zaldeti is a crook and strong-arming type of man. Unprofessional, unethical, and if you don't want to do business with him, he'll follow you and threaten you.

I relocated my family to Orlando from Arizona. Upon arrival our Mercedes was disabled. The guys took great care of us and got us back on the road fast. We are life-long customers.

I live in Clermont and needed my recently purchased 2007 GTI worked on so I called one of the local major dealerships and was told they did not work on Volkswagen. After asking for a recommendation I was told by the person on the other end of the line that in fact his really good friend owned his own repair shop and they worked exclusively on Volkswagens; the name of the company was called Jason's Bug Ranch. I tool the information and called to make an appointment; during that call they made the exception of accommodating me even though they usually don't do anything major on Saturdays. When I arrived there were Volkswagens everywhere and after speaking with Jason it was obvious he was an authority on the brand, how they operate, function and how they should be repaired. He shared with me that he does not believe in trying to scare customers into spending more on repairs than is necessary; he believes some repairs are more urgent than others and it's his job to educate his customers about the urgency or lack there of for each repair need and I find that refreshing. That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast! I will recommended Jason's Bug Ranch to anyone wanting to repair their Volkswagen.

Luis Alverio is very personable young man, I had passed the service center on my way to and from work, and was in need of car repair to my tired, old plymouth duster. Something was wrong with the start up, engine didn't turn over the way it should, but the dash battery was ok. Bought it to a service station(will remain ananymous) who informed me it would cost about $600.00 apparently they said I'd have to replace the battery, and starter. Of course with an estimate that high, got a second opinion. Story short, Luis gave me instructions, and with the aid of auto parts store across the street got a free battery diagnostic, and for the price of a new battery (98.00+tx) my car has been starting up fine. That was three months ago, recently brought it in for a windshield wiper bushing replacement, thougth the estimate was a bit high, but had it replaced...found out the total was right on. Talked to a customer while it was being attended to, and she gave praise to the honest, reliable, service. I am recommending my son go there for a window repair...I feel they will charge him a fair price.

I'm relatively new in the area, and needed to find a reliable automotive repair and service shop to help me with numerous issues that have been creeping up with my car recently. I had been noticing some issues with my suspensions, alignment, and some strange things happening with my engine, and since I'm not an expert, I needed a shop that would provide honest, friendly, and courteous service and wouldn't try to take me (and my wallet) for a ride. I was pleased when I called Car Port Specialist on a whim and had a pleasant conversation with them over the phone. They were patient with me and didn't talk down to me or make me feel small for not knowing exactly what the problem was. I came in the same day and they did some diagnostic testing, and I didn't even have to pay from the estimate. For me, this was big; other shops I called had no patience for me being unsure about the exact nature of the problem, and would have charged a substantial amount for the estimate. In the end, I was expecting the repairs to be more expensive than they were. Ultimately the engine issue was minimal, and the prices for everything were extremely fair. They were pretty quick with my car, and even gave me a ride home. Diana Spirelli

Great people, great work. Julio is the only one I let work on my truck except in the most desperate situations. He's worked on my truck for years and will continue to as long as I have it.
