No need to make an appointment, because clearly it does not matter. I had an 11:00 appointment, and at 1:30 I was still waiting! Now I see why I purchased my last two tires from Firestone. This is my first and last time visiting this store. It is the worst!!!
Incompetent! Asked them to change the bushings in my Ford lower contr... read more Incompetent! Asked them to change the bushings in my Ford lower control arm. Got back to my truck to find they were ¼ inch too close and would not fit. If they were professionals, they would have checked dimension before removing the old ones. If they can't get something this easy done right, I wouldn't trust them with more difficult jobs.
