Upon my arrival I was already filled with disappointment and confusion on to why nobody could diagnose the a/c issue with my car. One shop quoted me over $800 to even take a look at her, another shop told me they couldn't figure out the problem and yet I owed them $300 for the time it took them to figure out that they didn't know what they were doing. There is a saying that the third time is always a charm, well in my case it was! People lack integrity in business and are only focused on making a profit instead of gaining loyal customers. Especially if you are a woman, the easier it seems for men at least, to take advantage of us. My point-in-case is this.. Hoti Imports Auto Repair not only fixed my a/c the same day I brought it in, they also didn't rip me off!! I wasn't charged for the time it took them to figure out the problem, nor was I charged an amount anywhere close to $800. I have gained an enormous amount of respect and trust for this shop, and this will be the ONLY place I take Blair (my cars name) to be worked on. If you are looking for a hard working and trust worthy place to take your cars, then Hoti Import Auto Repair is the place to do it! Nothing but GOOD things to say about Mike's Radiator Service. They're ... read more Nothing but GOOD things to say about Mike's Radiator Service. They're not just a radiator shop though, but a full automotive repair shop and then some. This is one of those repair shops like you would see in the days of Andy Griffith. People who are fair, honest, and very likable folks. I have gone there for many years now and I can't say enough about these good people. They've been in business several decades and the current owner was the head mechanic there when the original "Mike" owned the place years and years ago. The owner, Ken Leland and his crew, is the reason so many people are always so satisfied with taking their vehicles there, because they *know* they can trust these people to do the right job in an honest manner. You won't find a better automotive repair shop than Mike's Radiator :)
