Body work and paint service near Lakeland, FL

Paul came to my house and basically started immediately. The dent - which was actually more of a crease, was from the wheel well to the door. There were some tough areas to fix, but everything looks great now. I would highly recommend using Dent Repair USA. -Sidney

Dropped of my car at 10:00 AM. Chris the manager said we will check the car and give a call. 4:30 PM I called to check on the status. Chris said we are still checking I will call back. 7:15 PM drove by the shop it was closed. Called the shop answering service can not get hold of any one. Left a message for the owner to call back. Have to be at work at 7:00 AM. 8:30 PM still no response. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

I took my Fiat 500 in for body repair after a collision. I couldn't be happier with the results. They were professional, quick and efficient. They communicated directly with me and the insurance company in a timely fashion. My car looked better when I picked it up than I did when I bought it new. I had a very similar experience as Ed listed above. During the estimate process, everything was discussed and would be taken car of. When I picked up the car, there were still some obvious spots that we not touched and others that didn't look good. They took it to the back and brought it up front 15 minutes later. It looked a little better, but still not what was discussed or expected. Upon being questioned about these items, the staff as well as the owner were overly defensive, condescending, and rude. Over promised and under delivered, very unprofessional atmosphere. Would never go back for any reason.
