Andrew's recived my truck on monday around closing time, called me wednesday to let me know what was wrong with it. I needed a whole transmission rebuild. My car was making a funny sound when I Would get into it when it was cold and go to take off but when I got home and Ohio there was a crossmember bent that was pinching everything so therefore it made a horrible noise. My car did not need an alignment. I did need a tire but the crossmember needed fixed, and when they had it up on the lift, they should’ve been able to fix it and not charge me $550 for two new tires and alignment when that’s not the problem.

I needed a new auto shop on the NE side of town. I heard great things about Bob's - they delivered. Prices are higher than the old shop that I had, but the shop is in a great location so I expect to pay more for convenience. They gave me a thorough report on my aging car, and said it was in great shape. I would highly recommend these guys!

Great European auto techs

I would just like to warn people that Jim the owner of action transmission in a CROOK! We have gotten 3 transmissions from him and we still don't have one that works. Save your time and money and do not go to this guy. He doesn't stand by his work. Let me add this is the 3rd transmission in 3 weeks and my truck is still broke! He doesn't care to make it right and what would have cost me less that $1000 has now gone well over 2k. Please do not use this shop and warn your friends and family because this guy will screw you!

Beware! I suggested that my son (a student at UWF) visit here to have an alternator replaced. I checked around for alternator cost - around $140 for a 99 Camry. My son went to this Tuffy and they charged him $268 for the same alternator we could have picked up anywhere - a total bill of $450 for a $140 alternator and an hour of labor. Highway robbery! When I called to complain to the manager he argued that they were a retail store and that any price I may have found was irrelevant. I told the manager that he represented the reason why mechanics have such a bad name. He didnt't care. I am a mechanic in Central FL and that job would have cost any customer of mine between $220 and $240. Beware!

yep parked my truck across the street on a lot they dont even own or have permission to use and my truk went missing.When I tried to discuss it with the owner he started cussing me aout and calling me filthy names. Im gonna have to sue them to recover anything ro my truck. A 96 doge dakota. A nice little truck. I was told that Jay the owner sent it to a chop shop in alabama.
