I had a very similar experience as Ed listed above. During the estima... read more I had a very similar experience as Ed listed above. During the estimate process, everything was discussed and would be taken car of. When I picked up the car, there were still some obvious spots that we not touched and others that didn't look good. They took it to the back and brought it up front 15 minutes later. It looked a little better, but still not what was discussed or expected. Upon being questioned about these items, the staff as well as the owner were overly defensive, condescending, and rude. Over promised and under delivered, very unprofessional atmosphere. Would never go back for any reason.
