Used to love this place. At my last visit I was charged for the estimate. The price quoted for a new catalytic converter was well over $1200.00, which I declined. I went to a Volvo dealer back home who charged less than $500.

I'm so glad I found Gregg's! When the Service Engine light had come on recently, took my car to MINI of Ft Myer who had "diagnosed" my car with a list of items and a $1,400 repair bill. Brought my car to Gregg's, and he checked it all out and found a battery I'd bought recently at a big box store hadn't been properly installed. Otherwise, the car was in excellent shape. He saved me over $1,300!!! I'm a disabled woman on a fixed income, and that meant a LOT to me. I won't take my car anywhere else now. If you want an HONEST mechanic, Gregg is the guy! They even picked me up and dropped me back at home while I waited for my car, then came to get me when it was ready. Gregg called and told me he'd checked everything on my car from bumper to bumper and it was in excellent mechanical condition. If you need your car repaired or even just an inspection to make sure it's all good, Gregg is your go-to guy. I will never go anywhere else now!

I found my new car shop! I just moved to Venice in November. One Stop was recommended to me, and I'm so happy they were. They went above and beyond regular service. My vehicle is 15 years old. They were honest with me, provided superb service, great prices, and the staff I met were friendly and very knowledgeable. They provide curbside service by taking you home while your car is worked on, and a ride back to the shop! Try One Stop, you'll be glad you did!

I worked 9 hours straight with no break my first day. 9 hours the second. Hess seems to be Barbaric in the way they treat their employees. this is 2011. employees have no rights. Slave labor came back in the form of Hess corporation!

Brian and his crew really are the best of the best. These guys saved me over $550 on parts by figuring a way to get me back on the road and COLD again by working around a part replacement. Mike, the owner, is not only a man of his word but also goes the extra mile. After doing extensive labor, Mike determined I needed a new fuel pump. I wasn't prepared for such an expensive repair and was in the middle of moving, so I paid for the labor but declined to get it fixed that day, also wondering if I should sell the car. Mike said that if/when I was ready to get the new pump, he'd replace the fuel pump without charging labor. Months later, I decided it would be cheaper to pay for a new fuel pump than buy another car. Mike stood by his offer and he put in a new pump. Plus, he drove it home just to make sure there were no signs of gas leaks etc. I'm so glad I decided to get it fixed--the car is super peppy and drives like a brand new car! In fact, it has never driven this well in all the time I've had it. He is an excellent mechanic, ethical, and trustworthy. Thanks Mike!
