I finally found a good mechanic in Tampa! Since I've been in, this business has bent over backwards to help me get my AC running. I've never recommended a mechanic before, because I couldn't. On recommendation from my brother-in-law, I took my 2007 Ford F-150 Lariat for some paint repairs. They were quick and very thorough in the work. The truck emerged looking brand new. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!!!! If I could use 0 stars I would but it won't let you. This is my first and last time at this car wash. First off I pulled into the center lane, the machine was not working ( NO SIGN; OUT OF ORDER) so I had to wait for the other cars to move and back up and move into the last lane. I selected the Works ( the best wash they offer) and paid by credit card. When I got home due to the construction on US 19 my car was dirtier than before I got it washed!!!! Then while cleaning off the dirt I noticed a lot of stretches I didn't have before I went to the car wash!!! As a rule get my car washed every 2 months if not once a month. I have never had any problem at any car washes I have used. At my age I have been getting my cars washed for 35 plus years. I just got the car 6 weeks ago so I am aware of any marks on the car. I looked on my receipt and to my surprise there is NO phone number, hmmmm. Then I looked on line and got the phone number and called, leaving a message. I have called 3 times leaving a message each time, but no return call as they promised from their greeting message. It is a bright white Camry so it shows the scratches really bad. I learned my lesson, I will go back to the car wash I was using, pay the extra 4 dollars that includes cleaning the inside.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I stopped in yesterday for a quick oil change and car wash on my 2005 Acura TL. I almost always keep an eye on my vehicle whenever having it serviced but the arrangement of this place makes it impossible to do so. I was told 3 times to have a seat in the lobby while trying to keep an eye on my car and finally did as I was told. While waiting I watched after customer after customer where summoned and lead to the oil change area to be upsold on additional repairs that they supposedly needed to their cars. Then my name was called and I too was led to the garage where I was told that my car, of which I had checked the oil level 2 days prior, was almost completely out of oil and needed to have an engine flush. I declined and told them to just change the oil as requested. An hour and fifteen minutes later my car came out of the wash and was readied for me. As soon as I approached the car I noticed damage to the paint under the right front passenger door. I immediately asked for the manager and a supposed senior employee came to see the damage. After viewing the damage, this employee immediately proceeded to tell me how they had not caused the damage and that the manager, Pierre, was not there for me to speak to but would return in about 15 minutes if I wanted to wait. While waiting I inspected my car more closely and discovered that they had in fact damaged it on both the driver's and passenger sides in the same place. I showed the additional damage to the very rude employee and insisted on speaking to the mechanic who had worked on my car to question him about the damage. After being escorted to the garage, the mechanic denied having any knowledge of damaging my car. However I did get to see first hand the lift used to raise my car and explained to both of them that it was obvious that their hydraulic lift arms were not in the right position when used on my car and consequently crushed my body moldings in the same place on both sides of it. This is when it really started to get ugly and two of the employees there began to use profanity and took on a threatening demeanor. I went back to the front desk clerk and she wrote down the make and model of my car and took my personal information and assured me that Pierre would contact me as soon as he got in. She added that they have video cameras on every part of their operation and that Pierre will review the recordings to see precisely what happened and be in touch. In spite of contacting the business two more times, I have still gotten no response from them. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANY REASON!!!! THEY ARE SCAM ARITISTS, AND NOT EVEN GOOD ONES! After leaving there I immediately noticed that my car was making a strange noise in the engine that it had not made prior to going there. I took it to another shop who said that the oil in my motor was not clean and appeared to be used oil! They changed my oil again and the lifter noise in my engine immediately stopped! DO NO TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF, ARE IRRESPONSIBILE AND WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANYTHING THEY DO!

"WARNING* Please DO NOT call detail whiz for any service. They are a scam company! They do not offer any kind of warranty and they subcontract with random mobile tint companies that are not even professional. They had one of their guys come in to do a horrible tint job. From there they would blame it on their workers and and tell them it's all on them and I have to contact them. They will just keep redirecting you back and forth and blame it on the other person. Also if you notice when they call you back it's always from a private number. Please save your money from this scam place and get your tint job done by a real professional!!!
