I had my van on a dirt country road, where I hit a big hole and bottomed the truck out with a big hit. I broke the exhaust completely off the manifold. They repaired this and made a through inspection for other damage. I normally do my own repairs, but did not have the time for this work and needed to get the truck running and safe quickly. Service Masters did not disappoint. They are professional and courteous. I called them with questions and comments several times. They were always patient and helpful. I will absolutely use them again. It is great to know I have someone I can trust to handle repairs when I can't get to them myself.

My "vintage" Class A diesel motorhome has toured beautiful North America from Key West to Fairbanks and Cabo San Lucas to Halifax. I rely on Preventive Maintenance Service to keep the old rig reliable and roadworthy when home in St. Pete. On this year's trip to the Pacific Northwest, one of the Suburban furnaces quit working. Two different service centers in that area worked on it. One didn't have a clue what was wrong. The other gave the furnace Last Rites and wanted to sell me a new one. Once home, the folks at PMS checked it out and found a defective wire which they immediately repaired. The unit works like new. I highly recommend PMS for any of your motorhome/RV maintenance needs. The staff was nice, I went in with a suspected alternator issue but it was a bad battery terminal. It ended up being $500 for a battery replacement and one terminal. I understand the battery is $250 maybe but 129 for labor on a 15-20 minute activity seemed steep, especially since advanced ( and other retailers) would have put the battery in for free. And terminal replacement work is usually 25-50$

I want to thank Richard and the whole team who worked on my older SLK 320. I travel for work and she has been sitting for the past 2 years. I had her brought in, they diagnosed her needs and provided a written estimate and made recommendations for what was needed. The communication between Richard and I was through phone calls and e-mails as I was out of state the entire time. What a wonderful group of people who take amazing pride in their work. WOW These guys are awesome! Their honesty and troubleshooting skills puts them over the top. I'm a 28 year Aviation Industry veteran and would highly recommend Transbuilt Transmission. I appreciate and know good mechanics when I see them. My Jeep Grand Cherokee had transmission related problems along with other electrical issues. Their diagnostics led them to an electrical module that was interfering with the vehicles communication data bus. They were honest about their findings and were very effective in the repair. On 11-24-12 I purchased two used tires from Highway 19 Tire Co. We had one of those tires blow out on the highway, and we contacted Highway 19 Tire Co. and even though they have a no refund policy they were willing to reimburse me the money for the tire that blew out. I want to express my thanks for a prompt response and addressing my concern. This is a prime example of customer service. I would reccommend anyone in that area to visit HWY 19 Tire Co. You will not be disappointed and of course they have a friendly staff.

Our experience with their help with a breakdown at 4pm on a Friday night and needing to be places in a time sensitive manner on Saturday was over the top. I could not have asked for better service. Been here a few times now. Simply put mechanics who know their craft and whom you can TRUST. If it ain't broke they won't fix it. Icing on the cake...they're good people.
