This place will leave you with zero confidence in the "work" i use the word work loosely because i had to bring the vehicle back in after a couple of days with new problems and im sure there will be more problems as an extension of the "work" done here. My suggestion is to take your vehicle to a real mechanic

My tires are less than a year old and my front tire continues to lose air. I came in at 8 a.m. this morning which is a Saturday to try to get my tire repaired and my tires rotated. I was told they were too busy and asked if I had made an appointment. Quite honestly I never heard of having to make an appointment to get a tire fixed, so I was quite surprised that was even mentioned. I was told that I would have to leave my car there which was impossible since I live in another town and I had no way to leave the car as they suggested so they could "try to get to it later." I also told them that I had to go to an oral surgeon on Monday and didn't know when I would be able to bring the car back in. They did not care one bit and I told them I made the biggest mistake purchasing tires there. Again they could care less. Not long ago I called them to find out what it would cost to change a battery cable on my Honda Accord. Believe it or not I was quoted $650 to just replace a battery cable, so I assume that was because they didn't care to do the work. This morning there were two people waiting and one car in the bay, but they couldn't spend a half an hour on a steady customer. My plan now is to cancel my credit card with Tire Kingdom and in the future, buy my tires elsewhere.

I went in to have a new tire put on and gave them specific instructions on which tire to put in the trunk as a spare tire. I told them the reason for this was that the rim caused it to have a slow leak. The guy went out with me to confirm what I wanted, and yet they put the wrong one on. When the tire finally went down, I went to change it for the tire that they should have put on in the first place and the lugnuts were overtightened so that I could not get them off even standing on my lugwrench. I called them up and they offered no solution, but to drive it in (flat tire cannot be driven on). He also insisted that their tools are calibrated not to overtighten, but we know that was a lie because even 220 lbs of torque could not turn it. I was finally able to get them off by bouncing on the lugwrench with all my weight, but they should never have been that tight. On top of that, the person at the counter when I went in to get the tire changed in the first place was not very friendly.
