These guys are straight shooters that you can really trust. Willie and his crew fixed my GMC 1500 Denali when the dealership couldn’t get parts….I’m sure you’ve heard the excuses Covid this and Covid that. Well Willie doesn’t make excuses, he and his crew gets it done! Trust them before you trust a dealership!

The staff was nice, I went in with a suspected alternator issue but it was a bad battery terminal. It ended up being $500 for a battery replacement and one terminal. I understand the battery is $250 maybe but 129 for labor on a 15-20 minute activity seemed steep, especially since advanced ( and other retailers) would have put the battery in for free. And terminal replacement work is usually 25-50$

If I could give more than five stars I would. The guys at budget are AMAZING. I had some issues with my truck and they fixed all the problems for a very reasonable price. The level of positive customer service and honesty I receive from Jim and all the other guys is something that you wont get any where else. They are more concerned about the customers than making a dollar ,which says alot for them. I will not consider taking any vehicle that I own to anywhere other than budget. I wish to make a positive comment about the Tire Kingdom Store (#90) in Valrico, Florida. I am a regular customer at this store as I have fortunately found 2 competent mechanics who regularly work on my cars and they are the only mechanics allowed to work on my vehicles. I have five Honda automobiles and all of them are routinely serviced at this location. I have a good rapport with the service team, which includes the store manager, and routinely recommend this store to anyone needing service on their vehicle. It is nice to have a car repair/tire store that can be trusted and relied upon.

Nice guys and they mean well. If you are interested in a top notch professional shop keep looking. This is an old school garage and mechanic that struggles to get the repair completely done the first time you bring your vehicle in. Fully expect not to have your vehicle ready when promised and to get it back dirty inside and out. They will make the repair work eventually but expect to waste a lot of your time in the process.
