They treated us like a priority throughout our repair process where we were clearly informed about all the repairs and always had open communication with the staff about any concerns. We had our truck repaired by Henry Arnold Ford in late November. They charged us $750 to repair a small fuel leak and a couple other minor things. The truck was running fine when we took it in. They fixed it and said the truck was good to go. Well a week later the truck completely quit and stranded our son on his way back to college. It was a wiring harness in the area they claimed to have fixed. We contacted them and they said they would come get it and make it right. Well, they did send a wrecker and fixed the truck. However, they charged us an additional $360! Unbelievable. Not only was the initial bill outrageous, they also charged us again for something they missed to start with. We will never use them again.
