These guys are phenomenal! They detailed a very old and crappy car a couple years ago that I was selling and brought it back to life and got rid of that old mildewy smell. I lost their card and had used many other companies but none of them compared to the precision and quality that Prestige Mobile Detailing do. I finally found them again in the yellow pages! I just bought a Envoy and wanted it to be freshly clean and at this moment there are 5 guys working diligently on my truck! They are in tune to every detail and I am so happy I found them again. Yes they are about 10-20 more than some of the other guys you can find on craigslist, but OMG the quality of work these guys put into making your car like new is priceless. I own Body Lines Auto Body and I just happen to stumble across this post from Eliza. I have no idea who this person is. We do not receive parts or ship parts and never have. We are a collision repair facility and have been here for 24 years and have never gone belly-up. This must be a mistake.

They Had our vehicle for over 1 month. Was told every other day it would be done. They said they fixed the transmission problem & then wasn't fixed. A dollar was stolen from our center console, Mcdonald cup in the cup holder. & then when supposedly the transmission was fixed the spark plug blew out of the engine on their test drive. We Were told it was fixed, drove it 2 blocks & was making loud noises, supposedly spark plug shot out again. Picked up again the next day because it was supposed to be fixed & same thing happened. I pulled out the coil pack & they didn't even replace it, instead they cemented it onto the engine block. Spark plug wasn't re-threaded like they said they were going to. There was also glue on the plug as well. When my wife attempted to talk with the owner about their shotty work the owner yelled and cursed at her & told her to get off his property. We were just asking for part of the money back from the spark plug issue they failed to fix.

Called Late on a Saturday Night, Came out with in a 1hr, Saved me money on a Tow, got me back and on the road. Honest, Fair pricing and saves me money by coming out to me. I now have them Maintain our Fleet.

"WARNING* Please DO NOT call detail whiz for any service. They are a scam company! They do not offer any kind of warranty and they subcontract with random mobile tint companies that are not even professional. They had one of their guys come in to do a horrible tint job. From there they would blame it on their workers and and tell them it's all on them and I have to contact them. They will just keep redirecting you back and forth and blame it on the other person. Also if you notice when they call you back it's always from a private number. Please save your money from this scam place and get your tint job done by a real professional!!!
