He was even able to point out some common failure points on the R56’s so that I can keep an eye out and have them repaired before major damage will occur. Very nice people I meet them the first time a couple of mths. Ago they put a part on my 4x4 when no one else around would even talk to me so when I needed work on my jeep I took it to them and they checked it out called with EST. And fixed it. I live in Clermont and needed my recently purchased 2007 GTI worked on so I called one of the local major dealerships and was told they did not work on Volkswagen. After asking for a recommendation I was told by the person on the other end of the line that in fact his really good friend owned his own repair shop and they worked exclusively on Volkswagens; the name of the company was called Jason's Bug Ranch. I tool the information and called to make an appointment; during that call they made the exception of accommodating me even though they usually don't do anything major on Saturdays. When I arrived there were Volkswagens everywhere and after speaking with Jason it was obvious he was an authority on the brand, how they operate, function and how they should be repaired. He shared with me that he does not believe in trying to scare customers into spending more on repairs than is necessary; he believes some repairs are more urgent than others and it's his job to educate his customers about the urgency or lack there of for each repair need and I find that refreshing. That approach significantly increases the chance that the customer will return to him when necessary because consumer trust is hard to earn. Jason spent 45 minutes working on my car and asked me to bring it back when he had more time to repair it correctly; he gave he an entire in depth diagnostic report of my car of which there were many and didn't charge me a dime; he trusted that I would return and I did. Jason and Nate know what they're talking about when it comes to VW and surprisingly very friendly and approachable. Since having my car repaired there it has been running like a champion especially considering the car has 204k miles; it runs like new, very strong, very fast! I will recommended Jason's Bug Ranch to anyone wanting to repair their Volkswagen.

The oil sending unit in my wife's truck broke and pumped out most of the oil in the engine. Thankfully there was Mobil 1 in the engine. Mark found the problem quickly and fixed it, changed the oil and she's back in service. Mark is very intelligent, knowledgable and has always been very honest in his dealings.

I had a catalytic converter installed here a few weeks ago and it really has made a big difference in my cars performance and its gas mileage. Im glad I chose this place because they took the time to really see what was wrong and did not charge me to do that...thanks

This company, Big B's Automotive (Brian Shwenning) WILL RIP YOU OFF. I was completely conned by this "so called mechanic". Almost six months ago I had a car towed to him that he said he could fix "no problem". He needed money for parts, so like an idiot, I gave him 260.$ Then he disappeared for almost three months, I went to where he works during the day to see if I could find him there. I was told he was MIA and their phone was ringing off the hook with other people who were in the same situation as myself. When he finally contacted me, he told me someone had died, so he had to go out of town. I felt bad, and understood (I now think that was crap). My car was at his friends house because he needed help with it, and according to Brian, the other mechanic needed more money or he wouldn't work on it anymore. Again like an idiot, I gave him another 260.$ He kept telling me he couldn't find parts, so I started going to junk yards getting the parts, and driving them to him. Brian NEVER returns,or, answers calls. His phone is either broken, he cant call at that moment, his hands are dirty, etc etc etc, I have numerous texts with lame excuses. I copied a few of his actual texts on here for you to see (I forwarded them to my email, and copied and pasted them on here, that is why they are from T mobile). I bought and brought him another part going on four weeks ago, I have been trying to call him everyday since. No surprise he has not called, or answered once. I have since tracked down the car and talked to the gentleman who actually had been working on it. I do believe the other mechanic is a very nice, honest man, and he has done work on it, but, doesn't have much time to do so, and to no surprise, BRIAN HAS NOT GIVEN HIM ANY MONEY!!!!! The car is still not running, and when I texted Brian to tell him I needed to get the car back running or not, and that he knew six months ago, I bought the car with one mortgage payment, and gave him another mortg

Today is November 4, 2023 and I am reviewing a business for the first time since moving to Orlando almost 4 years ago. I originally went to Affordable alignment at the recommendation of a neighbor that works there and had a specialist with German vehicles which was perfect for my old Audi convertible, the mechanic specializes in German vehicles is a fellow by the name of Mike and I cannot say enough good things about him. His knowledge and dedication is legendary. That is the good news, now, for possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with an automotive shop. A little background, I drive a 2020 Yukon and use it as a black car service and today I drove to Port Canaveral from Orlando and my air conditioning stopped working on the way back from that trip. I drove directly to Affordable alignment, because in the past, they have typically Fit me in and done work for me immediately. Today was no different. One of the mechanics referred an AC specialist in the shop to me and he immediately diagnosed the vehicle since he could hear that the blower motor seem to be working properly. he immediately stated that it was either a very dirty filter, or the actuator was not diverting the air to the proper vents. That led him to removing the filter behind the glove box, and discovering that it was one of the dirtiest filters he’s ever seen and was so blocked up that when he removed it, the air conditioning began to work fine. With a smile on his face he said will order a filter for you. It will be here in a few minutes and I will install it and you’ll be on the road. As you can imagine this is about the best news you can hear when you’ve suddenly discovered your air-conditioning is no longer working. It could be many many things all of them potentially quite expensive. This is about the cheapest fix anyone could hope for. I thought to myself even if they charge me a one hour minimum for a 5 minute diagnosis of $100 for labor and $34 for the part plus tax I’m looking at $150 worst case. After 45 minutes from my initial arrival, I went to the office and was presented a bill for $292, I paid it without question and stated on my way out the door that I felt I was being gouged, and I think made it clear that this was the last time I would put myself in that position with this particular business. Instead of saying something along the lines of I’m sorry you feel that way or is there anything we can do to go through this and make you more comfortable? Instead, I was insulted by the cashier, and was told I wasn’t gouged at all that they have to charge for labor and diagnostics, I was made to feel as if this was my first trip to the Mechanic And keep in mind earlier. I explained that I had witnessed the diagnosis it took 5 minutes and that’s being generous. I have noticed over the last year that this place is exclusively focused on money and profits and doesn’t really any longer focus on doing quality work for a reasonable price , I suspect a new generation has taken over and all they focus on is the Almighty dollar. If you’re one of those people like me who does not have money to burn, stay away. If I’m the other hand, you have more money than you know what to do with I must admit, they still do as quality work as they’ve ever done . This is just the last time they will do any work for me.
