It felt I lost my 1400$ and asking me to part away with another 900$ without a single assurance, and a ce that speaks down on customer. Show empathy to your customer, explain issues rather than sounding condescending and asking them “Do you have a better place”. Maybe your father owns the WorkShop. Congratulations retaining your customers with this attitude.

Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues. Although we ended up having to total the car, so I didn't get to see their bodywork, I am confident that their customer advocacy and attention to detail would carry through into an outstanding repair.
