I was 200 miles from home at 5:00 Saturday, had a tire belt separated (non firestone) on the front of my truck. I told Vincent I was in a bind for time. In about 30 minutes Chad had me on the road. I’m a college girl who doesn’t know anything about cars and they were so nice and reassuring. They explained everything to me and even took the time to call my dad and give him the updates since he understood what they were talking about.
