AVOID AT ALL COSTS... THIS PLACE DESTROYED THE COOLING SYSTEM OF MY 2009 JETTA!!! CURRENTLY BEING SUED IN BIBB COUNTY COURT, CASE #071803S...Ran fine when I took it in for a totally unrelated repair (ABS module) back in January. Never had a problem since I bought it, driven over 15k miles. Only reason I came so far away is no one around where I live would work on ABS of a German car. Thought they (actually he, there is just one guy who does all the work, the other guy Gary is the owner) specialized in German cars...apparently also all Swedish and Japanese cars also according to their signs, red flag right off the bat. Since I was there, I told him (Jim, the mechanic) to look at the heater, it was barely working. He said he would flush out the heater core. I was charged $125 for this. Long story short, I picked up the car and was driving back home to McRae, the minute I slow down to get off I-75 in Perry, the temp starts rising! In the red within 30 seconds, I have to turn off the car. I drive slowly home and have to turn off the car twice. Called and left message, call is never returned. Have car towed to VW dealership ($275), they flush the coolant to hopefully clean it out, another $200...a slight improvement but still runs hot! Their recommendation? REPLACING THE ENTIRE COOLING SYSTEM (RADIATOR, THERMOSTAT, WATER PUMP)! $3,700!! The car was only worth maybe $5k. I called again and said I was taking them to court, he finally called back and left a message telling me he was sorry that I was having car problems but they had nothing to do with it, LMAO..I don't take sh*t lying down, I am suing these two incompetent thieves. He knows he doesn't have a leg to stand on, has hired an attorney FOR SMALL CLAIMS COURT. Not going to do him any good, the facts are the facts and I have plenty of witnesses.....so for the love of God, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They need to be OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

Service was thorough.

I really dont want to rate it at all but if I have to "One Star". I drove in and parked in the service lane. Not one person came up to my car they just looked.When I got out this guy comes up to me and Im letting him know that I have warranty but he wasnt even paying attention.So my kids and I go inside and its only 1 person in the room and then there are 3 more and u know how that goes they come and go and then the cycle repeats itself. It took about 2 1/2 hours just for someone to come tell me that nothing was wrong with the A/C and they just put freon in it and its fine. Mind you I have receipts showing that I have had freon put in the Jeep twice within the last week and by the time we got up the next day it was blowing hot again. That in itself was expensive when ur paying for it just to be put in your car. The last place only charged me $18 because he noticed it was a leak and he didnt want to mess up my warranty so he told me to take it to the dealership.Took it and they told me to come back on Monday. Hint to the fact why i was here today. This guy presents me with a bill of $185.00 for doing the same thing that the other company had just done on Friday and tells me that they couldnt find a leak..Someone please tell me why Ive had freon placed in my car twice and here we are a third time within a week to do it again and they are telling me there is no leak..I was so angry. It makes worse when you know you are going to have to come back again and they are going to have to refund you because it is obvious that there is a problem..UPSET CUSTOMER...

Took my car 2000 Chrysler Sebring in for running hot, replaced the timing belt, water pump, and "other stuff" that needed replaced. I paid between 600.00-800.00 cash. Less than two months later my car starts running hot again, took it back in to have it looked at because it was doing the very same thing it was when it was taken in the first time. They could not see it then because they didnt have time, drove it home, and took it back today, two days later. I was told the raditor was busted and there was a rod knocking in the motor now, it wasnt knocking two months ago when I gave them all the money I had to fix all the "other things" wrong with it. They totally stated that it was my sons fault because he drove the car, he didnt know it was hot until he drove it and then it started running hot!. They also told us that there were motor mounts that needed replaced when they fixed the other stuff; but I was never led to believe that it was critical that it be fixed right or that it would completely make my car worthless in less than two months, what person would have put that kind of money in a car and not fix something that would tear it up in a few weeks, that doesnt make sence. Money is hard to come by and my husband was in ICU just having had a liver transplant two days before they "fixed" my car. I fell like I was taken for my money, they dont see it that way and that is OK. But I do. If I had been told that motor mounts would have busted the radiator or that '3 of 4' were broken I would have fixed them. How much more could they have been?? They called me to fix something else on it. I obviously signed the receipt stating that motor mounts were broken when I picked up the car, but I remember asking would it cause the motor to fall out and the mechanic said no there was time to fix it, and I sure didnt know it would blow up the motor, he didnt tell me that. The owner graciously make suggestions to me that I could try in order to maybe get back some of "the
