Towing service service near Monroe, GA

I was recommended by a friend of a friend to go to this shop. I came in due to a constant whining sound of the motor. I explained my issue and provided video. I left the car there two days, they put a bunch of over-priced not 100% necessary parts on the car and double charged for oil. No, the whining noise was never from a rubbing bolt on the rotor. I approved the quotes and would just deal with the pricing because I assumed that it would actually fix the problem and give me peace of mind. It did NOT. I still have the same problem. I let them know and they quoted me more labor fees. C'mon, as car people this was ridiculous. Do better.

Donald the owner is a great guy who treats people fair. The shop has been in his family for years and he really takes pride in what he does. His employees are also always very helpful. It's a good place to take your car.

Alan and the team at Top Notch took GREAT care of us, advocating on our behalf and helping me to understand how the process works and how insurance companies and body shops work with one another to resolve issues.
