A call beforehand would’ve been nice to make sure I’m okay with that other brand. Instead I was left with no option, but to accept it. I had to ask why another brand’s tire was installed rather than what we agreed upon? The sales associate said it would take a week or two to get here from California. Why wasn’t I notified via phone/email beforehand??? Instead, deciding to proceed with another option.It’s a shame, I used to love doing business with Extra Mile.
What repair?! Dropped the car off during the weekend (2/17) so they co... read more What repair?! Dropped the car off during the weekend (2/17) so they could start on it first thing Mon. I had been waiting for almost 2 wks for the parts to be ordered and received. I had to call to check to see if they had received the parts because no one called me. I was told that they had the parts for a couple of days and they could start working on the car, so I dropped it off. Called on 2/26 ,for status and was told they had not started on the car yet!!!!!! Now I'm getting a survey on a repair job that haven't even been started yet. Not to mention that this is the 5th time in the past 90 days that I had to return my car for the same issue that has never been repaired!!!!
