However when I returned my rental and went to pick up my car which I had been told was done, it had still not been detailed (which I had payed to have done) I was very upset by this as I had has a rental free and would not of cared if the car was kept a few more days to get done, but instead I had to go back and waste my time waiting in their shop for hours when the finally finish what I payed for. I was displeased, when I spoke to the manager about it he did not seem to care that my time had been so wasted and was unwilling to answer my simple (and politely put) question of why was I not asked ahead of time if this was ok. He continued to be rude. I would not go here not good when companies are rude about their mistake.
