Foster's is the honest, reliable go-to auto repair shop for my family. We have been going here for years. In the past few months, Foster's replaced an old key cylinder on a 2000 Ford Focus and fixed a flat tire for me. I dropped off the flat tire first thing in the morning (just after they opened at 7) and it was ready by the end of the day. Don't go here. When I came to pick up at my car, the guy said he'd be with me in just a moment. I waited for about 5-10 min and no one helped me. They even went out to the garage and I could see through their windows they were looking at their phones and just small talking with people. Finally I asked if I could pay for my car. After I paid they said my car was out front, I told them I didn't see it there and they said oh it must be in back. They came with me to look for it in back and it wasn't there. So we went back to the front- not there. Finally they asked where it was parked and they guy showed us it was in a weird spot. When I got home I realized my passenger car front fender had a dent slightly larger than palm size! I called right away and they asked me to bring it in the morning to meet with the store manager. The store manager took pictures and said it would not be something they did but he would look at the cameras. He said if it happened in the parking lot here would be nothing they could do. All of this makes me question their integrity and quality of work because if this is how they address problems it's sub-par at best. I also wonder if the weird park placement had to do with the dent as well. Accidents happen- but people and companies are defined by the way they handle accidents.

The whole righ front caliper fell-off making banging sound while driving and lost braking power just second day after repaired. The work is done on February 11 2014. They put two bolts on the caliber. That is it. What is possible damage on other part while the caliber banging on later...Now, I felt vibration while driving. I will take the vehicle back for them to take a look. I will not recommend them to anyone. February 14 2014 Thanks for reading .
