Would not take their opinion on any recommended services. Get a second opinion elsewhere. I brought my car in and was told it was one thing wrong and they would fix the problem. Mind you I told the guy in the beginning “Hey I’m in the process of searching for a new car if this is the minor issue I’ll take care of it. So they take my car in. Next day get a call whatever work they said would take care of was finished but that didn’t solve it. So I’m like ok go ahead fix it! Next day get another call “Hey works finished but it’s still not resolved it’s your transmission but it’s still drivable. So I come in to get my car, pay for the service because I’m tired of the BS. I Drive off the lot my car is still horrible. Engine light is on! Had I have known from the so called diagnostic test and whatever other test that was performed that it was transmission I would’ve gotten a brand new car instead of paying over $1,400 worth of wasting my time. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last on earth. TAKE MY WORD.

Since their technician did such a good job with my 2005 BMW X3 over the summer, I decided to bring my 2010 Acura TL to change out all fluids, and replace brakes and suspension all around. The total bill was about a third less than what I was quoted from my dealer and 20% less than Firestone and Pep Boys. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who owns a foreign vehicle which is no longer covered by warranty. Forget the HIGH cost of dealerships, and come to Mobile Auto Tech.

Picked up a coupon from Groupon that included free oil changes. I went in expecting to be met with a cold shoulder and a hurry-up-and-get-this-guy-out-of-here feeling. I was wrong. I came in and was greeted right away by the owner himself. While I was waiting on my car to receive an oil change the owner sat with my girlfriend and I for a good 15 minutes talking to us and making sure everything was going well while explaining his business and passion for good service. The oil change was done in a timely manner and everything went smoothly. There was not even a hint of upselling and I never felt uncomfortable while there. I live in Schaumburg and this is a little bit of a drive just for an oil change but now that I have been there once I don't think I will go anywhere else for future service of my vehicle. The entire management and floor team there were very professional and friendly. It is also located in an easily accessible location and well-kept neighborhood. I am going back this Saturday for another oil change and I look forward to speaking with the owner again to let him know what I think of his business. As a new resident to Illinois I am happy to know I have found a trustworthy auto business.

I visited Detail Kings for my first time and I was blown away with the operation! There are 5 bays that detail professionals are working in. I had my 2002 mini van that was neglected for a while and was shocked at the results. The exterior paint shined like the day I bought it and the inside was spotless. I was so impressed at the service I received I booked another appointment for my car and have been telling everyone I know about the wonderful work the Detail Kings performs.

I just wanted to thanks these guys as a whole. I brought my SAAB in for an oil service. I spoke to the tall service manager. He was helpful and explained I had 3 open recalls on my SAAB then one is related to my seat belts. This is why I always like going back to the dealership to have my SAAB repairs completed. Never again , Tried to buy tires off Ebay from them , but would not accept payment from them , had to go to their shop to pay for them , plus Chicago , and State tax to boot . Asked to see the DOT code to see if these were indeed "New" tires as advertised , was not allowed or shown them before work was done .Asked for estimate on how much this was going to cost me , total Price of the So called 4 "New" tires mount , balance, disposal fee ..etc...went on deaf ears and work was performed with out my authorization anyway . After it was done , I look at my receipt and it says " Used Tires" , I questioned it and was told they are "New" but made sometime in 2014. That is not a " New" tire by me ... I just hope and pray that I did not get some altered , used , abused, blemished, damaged , or only God knows what else tires , that will be GARBAGE , after their ever so gracious and kind , 90 day warranty , which was not explained to me what if anything is warranted . Going back to the DOT codes on the tires , I can not even tell when they were made because the third oval that contains the Manufacturing date is missing .... I spent good , hard earned money on a product that isn't even what is advertised on Ebay , Buyer beware on what these people sell , I am taking the car ( my daughters by the way ) to a Goodyear store to have them check out these " New" tires and see if they can guess how old they are and if they are any good , For if they are not deemed any good, by the fine folks at Goodyear .... BACK THEY GO .... and then I contact the BBB , news people and anyone else who will listen . So like I said ....Never again , and Buyer Beware , you don't know what you are going to get from this establishment .
