While my car was on the lift, KS showed me precisely what was wrong and what steps they were going to take to fix those problems, as well as providing a detailed estimate of cost and time involved for the entire repair. KS divided the repairs into two components: those that were urgent and needed to be done soon and those that could be put off for a while. I chose to do all of the repairs at one time. KS Autocare completed the repairs on schedule and on budget, exactly as promised. All KS Autocare personnel were professional and courteous and performed their jobs well. I just had the headlight bulb replaced on 3-31-2023, along with other ... read more I just had the headlight bulb replaced on 3-31-2023, along with other services. In less than 3 weeks, the headlight bulb went out again. I brought the car back in on 4-21-2023 to have it replaced again. This time it was determined that the headlight connector that the headlight bulb plugs into was burned out. Pedro brought the whole headlight assembly to me and showed me the problem. They had the headlight connector part in stock and I was on my way home by 9am.
