I went in for an oil change and once I got home I noticed my tire pressure was still low and none of the fluids were replenished. This didn’t particularly upset me, mistakes happen I completely understand. What upset me was that when I called back, I told Mike my situation and he responded “well how do you know they didn’t fill the air and fluid?” in a very sarcastic and demeaning manner. Obviously, if the tire pressure light is on and there is no windshield wiper fluid right after the service, they didn’t do it. As a younger woman who is unfamiliar with the ins and outs of cars, this left a bad taste in my mouth because I’m sure an older male familiar with vehicle maintenance wouldn’t have been treated like this. In addition, they automatically assumed I wanted to most expensive oil change. I never authorized this nor do I usually get the most expensive one. I used to be a repeat customer but at this point I’ve lost all trust in this business. Although, I will say that James is always very helpful with any and all questions I may have.

Same as other reviewer. Way overpriced. Charged almost $400 in labor on a simple job. They charge you to diagnose and don't credit it towards your purchase like almost ALL reputable shops do. Tried to speak to them about it and they basically said. "too bad" GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!. Wish I would have seen the other review before I went.

Gary has serviced my 1989 Civic DX since 2009; because he's competent and extremely fair. Gary has resolved every issue I've brought to him. My car would be in the junkyard without him. He had to return two brand new distributors that would not work. He found an older one in his collection of parts and made it work. If you have a Honda or Toyota, I recommend Gary.
