Radiator repair service near Tipton, IN

I told them about noise coming from the front of the car. I told them it sounds like something in the suspension rattling around. They looked at the car for thirty minutes. Doesn't even seem like enough time to test drive it and then put it on the lift. Seems like they just put it on the lift and checked bolts and called it done. In just a half an hour. I drove an hour to drop it off. They had it done before I even made it home. And the sound is still there. No cookies no car wash...... Nothing fixed. I really can't believe the visit went like this here of all places. Really making me question bringing the car back. Seems like quality really slipped this year

I had bought a used car and after the 60 days all kinds of brake issues came up. I went to a dealer and they quoted me twice the price I paid for the fixes at the Nobel Mechanic. And the customer service at this place is amazing. They kept me posted about all the fixes and I got to choose what to do and what to wait on. They took me home when I had to leave the car there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and they did great work on my car. They did not treat me like a woman who knows nothing about cars. I will go back to them for every service I need on both my cars.

My 2000 cadillac escalade was over heating so i replaced the old thermostat with a New one and put a different radiator on it and filled the radiator with all fresh radiator fluid but it's still over heating what would be causing this?it does take 10 minutes to over heat. I came in with specific information about my problem. I don't believe they took the honest time to address my issue. My problem was intermittent stalling and what they told me was all this stuff about fluid leaks and other services that they recommended and charged me $258 for that. I went somewhere else and told them the same thing and the tech knew the problem without looking at it and he was right! He didn't charge me a dime! I'll never go back there or recommend anyone else!

My 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk has been at this dealership going on 2-months and it is still not complete and they cannot seem to figure it out. The excuses are beyond tiresome to listen to. Extremely frustrated customer.
