Very friendly welcome upon entering Alexander's shop. I was getting an oil change. They found a leak from a broken seal. They take photo's of the damage and come into the waiting room to show you photo's of any problems. It is nice to see proof instead of just having someone tell you something on your vehicle is broken. Very honest, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable staff. Their walls are covered in automotive awards and certifications. It's very impressive and leaves you with the feeling that your vehicle is in very good hands. Angie

Bought tires for the front wheels of my S10 pickup this morning. They were very helpful, showing me a comparison of options. Soon, I drove away happy with new tires balanced, mounted. In addition to this rather basic service, I have had a variety of repairs on several vehicles through they past decades and always was well impressed with the top notch quality of services and how they look for ways to keep my cost to a minimum.

I was given a 1961 Karmen that had not been touched in more than 20 years. Kept in a barn and in not the best of shape. Needs pretty much everything done to it. Bill got it running and road worthy. Much still needs to be done, and I will take it no where else. Honest and reasonable. -Maci Hall
