Very friendly and honest service at a very reasonable price. After taxes the total was $81 and change (cheap!)and they were very fast too. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend them to anyone who needs an alignment. They no longer do frame work, just alignments. I highly recommend this shop. Be sure to make an appointment as they can be very busy at times. GG
Avoid! The manager would not accept my Firestone card number from my ... read more Avoid! The manager would not accept my Firestone card number from my daughter, even though she had my name and address. This is the reason we obtained a Firestone card - so my daughter could use it in KC while there in college. Though I mentioned that other Firestones have never had any issue with this, he disagreed. Fortunately, another Firestone in the area was happy to have our business. We'll avoid this particular location from now on!
