Hurd they towed a shit ton of people saying they were a illegally parked I'm not sure about there actual auto services but seems kinda scummy and untrustworthy to me..wouldn't be the type of people I'd like having my vehicle.

I had a great experience from beginning to end having my front windshield replaced. The front desk(Amy, I believe) was both curteous and helpful setting up my appointment and making arrangements with my insurance company. The technician(John Morse) was polite, quick and answered all of my questions regarding the replacement. I had a similar experience last year when my wife's windshield needed to be replaced.
