I've been coming to Brian's Auto Body for about 2 years now. I'm on my second vehicle and he has been the only one to work on my vehicles. He tells you what needs to be done in a very professional manner and is very upfront about costs and labor. He doesn't sugarcoat damage or needed repairs. His staff are very friendly and inviting. Each visit you can guarantee a smile and a flower if you had any work done, whether its a simple oil change or replacing your front end. I felt cheated! The total cost of cleaning my compact car came to 13 dollars. To be fair the car was quite dirty and I expected that all the sand an detritus would need extra time on the vacuum. What i did not expect how poor the vacuum was of 2 different machines. Sucking up sand was a challenge. The washer bay was fine and had the convenience of credit card payment which i would recommend using cash since the automated thief charged me $10.00 for 3 minutes despite the advertised 3 dollars. I will not return and I am considering disputing the cc charge.
