Mike and the crew are good, but the prices are extremely high!!! I understand they offer easy financing options for car repairs, but their prices are around the same as the dealer. I could’ve got my brakes done at the Ford dealership for $369 that’s included the parts and labor, Mike charged a whopping $580, now mind you the parts were around $125 max for the pads, and rotors. He had a lady in there to change her A/C compressor and charged her $1750 holy crap!!

Excellent service, cordial, prompt and, most importantly, honest and very professional. They always do an excellent job! A+ rating!!!

My family have all used Pro Auto for years- this includes a variety of vehicles including Honda's, Toyota's, and BMW's. Oil change and lube went as always. I was unaware that the inspection process was no longer part of the garage, but rather the dealership. The guy running that needs to learn how to relate a bit better to customers.

Welp, it seems to be that the only reviews that are posted are glorious. I did not have a good experience with foreign motors. At first I was delighted with the service and the people. 3 days later all the things that were repaired malfunctioned all over again. Asked to make an appointment however because the time wasn’t “convenient” for them I wasn’t able to get it repaired in time. Had to go elsewhere. Not very satisfactory customer service.

PDM is great. They never try to sell me anything, they just tell me what's wrong, and fix it fast, and they always stay around the estimate. The staff is friendly and the costs are low. I'll be bringing all of my vehicles here.
