From the moment I walked in the door, I felt comfortable. I knew Tom and Ben were taking care of my car and giving it to me straight. They never take advantage of me and I know the work they recommend is needed and being done at a reasonable price. I suggest this place to all my friends. They stood up for doing work on my truck that needed to be done, but the insurance company wanted to just squeak by with doing half-ass work, so they wouldn't have to put out as much for the job. They didn't stand for it, and said, "No,", we are not doing this kind of work on this truck, it needs to be done correctly. And it was done! Thank you guys for the great service. James B. In April 2014 Took my car in, guy kept if first 2 weeks, didn't address the problem. Afterwards I had to return the vehicle 6 times and he still didn't repair the problem. Took the car to the dealer who found the problem and said GAC had installed a cheap aftermarket part (not OEM) that was incompatible with the vehicle that doesn't take aftermarket parts. This guy ripped me off and refuses to reimburse me. Also I asked from the beginning for the parts he replaced, he lied saying I never asked for the parts. He did the same thing to my daughter. I would never take my car back to this guy after the way he ripped me off.
