They are always very responsive, good at prioritizing short-term repairs vs. things to work on in the future, and very patient at explaining the inner workings of the vehicle. BJ, the front desk guy, is really great and even stayed a little late to allow us to pick our car up in the evening. We highly recommend them!

The owner told me I needed a new catalytic converter after reading the code on the computer that they hooked up to my car. I need my car, so I told them to fix it, even though it cost me close to $800. A few weeks later, my engine light came on again. When I took it back to the shop, they told me that they would need to keep the car for at least a week, and that it would be costly. I decided at that point to take the car to someone else. A friend recommended Vince’s Motors on East Monument Street. When the same catalytic code came up, they were able to pin point the problem as a $3 hose that needed to be replaced. The $800 that I spent on a repair that I didn’t need could have been used to help pay for my son’s college expenses. I can trust Vince’s, and I am now a very loyal customer!
