I always get premium service at Advanced Automotive Repair. I have been a customer for a very long time and have never had an issue with any repairs or maintenance they have performed for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a great trustworthy mechanic. Jim & his crew are great!

Not sure what happened with Corey, but these guys are straight shooters and have always been fair with me. Never felt like I was being taken advantage of. If anything, I think they make sure I get what I need, no more, no less. I'm not that trusting of mechanics, so I drive a little farther to go to see these guys and have never been disappointed.

I recently moved to Frederick and I was looking for a good European shop. I found Auto Clinic just by googling. Nick and his team of technicians excel at the repairs and pricing. Best experience ever. I will definitely bring the car back and will recommend this shop to everyone I know!!! Thumps Up!!!

We went to Roche Automotive after several of our close friends told us that they were the best in the area for diagnosing and repairing check engine lights. We had been to several other shops in the area and they said the problem was fixed, but the light would return after a couple of days. Brant and Jeff were both very helpful, explained everything very clearly and kept us informed through out the process. The bottom line is they found a small crack in a vacuum hose and repaired it, the light has been off for 3 months and we could not be happier. If we would have come here first, we would have saved over $1000 in unneeded repairs. Needless to say we will definitely be back and would recommend anyone looking for an honest and fair mechanic to try Roche Automotive.

We have over 50 years of experience in the automotive and truck repair field. My father also was an automotive instructor for a major technical school. I used to love going to this repair shop; the employees were knowledgeable and so friendly! They recently changed ownership and staff, but I thought I would give them a try since the location is so convenient, so I took my car in for a routine oil change. The mechanic gave me a list of about $1,400 worth of other issues he found—there was a leak in the oil pan (which I had noticed but thought it was minor) and the check engine light wouldn’t turn off (an issue that I told him the car dealership itself couldn’t fix and said wasn’t really a problem), among other things. I didn’t think anything was very urgent, but the district manager of the shop guaranteed the repairs for at least a year, so I told them to go ahead. One week later, the oil leak had gotten worse and the check engine light was back on. I tried to get in touch with the district manager, but after repeated calls and leaving my number at the desk, I still didn’t hear back. I took my car back to be repaired again. When I picked it up the second time, my car made a strange rattling noise when I accelerated. I went right back to the shop and the mechanic worked on it for half an hour and offered me a quick test drive to let me check if it was okay. I tried to ask what he thought had happened, he said we should make sure it was fixed, then he’d explain. So I drove around for about ten minutes and went back to get an explanation on what had happened, but I found that the mechanic and the cashier had locked up for the night and gone home. Weeks later, the leak still hasn’t been fixed and I have yet to hear back from the distract manager about his false promises. I have wasted entirely too much time and money at this shop. Nothing will convince me to return, and I recommend you save yourself the frustration and find another shop.
